Fast Company recently released a set of social media “rules” authored by experts and crowdsourced via Twitter. The list is easy to scan and maybe even worth printing and hanging above your desk if your organization uses social media.

Stop & Ask: Would an ACTUAL person talk that way?
Everyone says they don’t want to be marketed to. Really, they just don’t want to be talked down to.
Don’t try to be clever, be clever.
